General Comments:The effects of CO2 on stomatal conductance and leaf area development were incorporated into the model for five different vegetation types (versus generic 40% decrease on stomatal conductance used in standard SWAT model for all plant species). The authors report flow impacts for 2070-99, relative to a 1961-90 baseline period, for the the IPCC B1-low and A2-high scenarios, which were based on output from five GCMs used in the European ACACIA project.
