Validation Summary:
General Comments:SWAT was used to evaluate the water quality impacts of converting cropland to switchgrass. It was projected that 527,000 to 1.27(106) Mg of switchgrass could be produced annually. Reductions of runoff, sed. yield, nitrate in runoff, & edge-of-field erosion were predicted to be 55, 99?, 34, & 98%. Economic analyses of switchgrass production is also provided.
