Watershed Description: | The meso-scale catchment of the Mula and the Mutha Rivers (2036 km^2) is located in the Western Ghats upstream of the city of Pune (18.53°N, 73.85°E). It is a sub-basin and source area of the Krishna River, which drains towards the east and into the Bay of Bengal. |
Calibration Summary: | |
Validation Summary: | Highest NSE and lowest PBIAS values were found when using TRMM data as covariate for rainfall interpolation: NSE at gauge G1 between 0.68 and 0.73, and between 0.65 and 0.67 at gauge G4. PBIAS between 4.0 and 7.6 (G1), and 24.4 and 25.6 (G4). |
