General Comments: | An automated base flow separation approach that is based on a digital filter was compared versus three other methods (both automated and manual). The results of the proposed digital filter were found to be comparable to the other methods. It is one approach that can be used to delineate base flow versus surface runoff for SWAT calibrations (see also Arnold & Allen 1999). |
