Watershed Description:2.84 km^2 Aracruz Experimental Small Catchment (AESC), located in the city of Aracruz, State of Espirito Santo, Brazil, between the coordinates 19° 51′ 16″ S to 19° 52′ 18″ S, and 40° 11′ 44″ W to 40° 13′ 15″ W. The AESC altitudes vary between 15 to 53 meters above the sea level. The local climate is Aw (Tropical savanna climate with dry-winter), according to the Köppen classification, with annual precipitation between 1000 and 1300 mm year-1 and mean annual temperature between 22° and 24° C.
