General Comments:The underlying model used in this interface is PLOAD, which is used for total maximum daily load (TMDL) assessments and is part of the USEPA BASINS software package (https://www.epa.gov/ceam/basins-plugins). The study describes an application of the interface that utilizes pollutant loads that were initially estimated with SWAT and then further analyzed in the PLOAD v2 platform described here.
