Todd Campbell is a systems analyst at the Center for Agricultural and Rural Development at Iowa State University. Todd has been a computer programmer at CARD since 1986 and currently provides programming and technical support for Resource and Environmental Policy researchers. He has provided programs to create and maintain budget, crop, soil, and weather databases and to convert numbers from the databases into input files needed for physical models written outside of CARD, including EPIC, CENTURY, and SWAT.
