John V. Winters · Professor of Economics
John Winters is Professor in the Department of Economics at Iowa State University. His areas of expertise include regional and labor economics. Some of his recent research has focused on the migration decisions of college students and college graduates, the effects of human capital on regional economies, the effects of policies and other factors on individual education outcomes, inter-area wage differentials, teacher labor markets, STEM labor market issues, and self-employment outcomes.
