Irene Jacqz is Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Iowa State University. Her areas of expertise are air pollution, environmental policy, environmental justice, health, education, and inequality. She received her PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the field of environmental and natural resource economics in 2020 and is a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University's Inequality in America Initiative.
