Gabriel Lade is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and the Center for Agricultural and Rural Development at Iowa State University. Gabe’s research studies environmental policies in the energy and agricultural sectors, with a focus on renewable fuel policies. Gabe received his Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Davis. He also holds a Master’s degree in economics from Rutgers University and Bachelor’s degrees in economics and international affairs from the George Washington University. Lade joined the faculty of Iowa State University and CARD in 2015.
