David Keiser is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Iowa State University and the head of CARD’s Resource and Environmental Economics division. His current areas of expertise include agricultural, environmental, and natural resource economics. In particular, his research focuses on the economics of water quality policies. Keiser studied at the University of Virginia, the University of Georgia, and Yale University. He joined the faculty of Iowa State University and CARD in 2014.
