CARD researcher Helen Jensen was involved in producing an Economic Information Bulletin (EIB-173) for the USDA ERS, which is now available online. The bulletin provides information about firms voluntarily participating in the California Leafy Greens Marketing Agreement and the costs associated with that program that producers can expect to incur under the Food Safety Modernization Act.
