Jeddi, DePaula paper selected as ARER Article of the Year

A paper authored by Assistant Professor Guilherme DePaula and PhD Student Behzad Jeddi has been selected as the Agricultural and Resource Economics Review Article of the Year. At the Northeastern Agricultural and Resource Economics Association annual meeting in June, Jeddi and DePaula will receive an award for their article "The Economic Value of a Farmer Network: An Application to Pest Management in Iowa," which evaluates the economic benefits of farmer networks for pest management by applying an economic model of social learning to a pilot network in Iowa.
