Professor Chad Hart was announced as the recipient of the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) Carl F. Hertz Distinguished Service in Agriculture Award. ASFMRA gives the Carl. F. Hertz award to a non-member in appreciation for distinguished service to agriculture other than directly in the farm management or rural appraisal professions. Hart will be recognized for his contributions at the 2026 ASFMRA Annual Conference, November 2-4, in Phoenix, Arizona.
